Visit live sitePawsport helps pet owners relocate dogs and cats to India by handling the regulatory paperwork. The site needed to do two things at once: convert visitors who were ready to buy, and triage their urgency so the team could prioritize the right leads first. We built a marketing site with a backend smart enough to know which form submissions needed a same-day reply.
What we built
Tiered pricing page (NOC Buddy / Flight Ready Pack), inline intake modal capturing pet count + travel details + airline needs, smart server-side triage that auto-flags urgent cases, dual-template email system (internal triage notification + user confirmation), Tally-embedded onboarding form, and a post-submission success page with next-steps.
Why it works
Optimistic UI shows success the moment the user submits — no waiting on the email round-trip. Behind the scenes, a rule engine reads the submission, detects urgent flight dates (< 14 days), DGFT licensing needs, and transfer-of-residence cases, then routes the internal email with priority flags. The team's inbox becomes a triaged queue, not a cold list.
